Concrete Objectives and Outputs

 

1. Concepts of C2C use for SMEs

Various prototypes of SMEs for a C2C application with the simulation of the current and target situation as well as identifying the options for action, information and training needs.

2. C2C Trainer program

a) Training concept and curriculum for a C2C train-the-trainer program of one and a half days with all documents (teaching and learning materials, etc.)

b) Implementation of the program with at least 15 participants, evaluation, revision and finalization of the trainer program

c) Transfer to 17 universities and individual implementation discussions

3. C2C training program for SMEs

a) Training concept and curriculum for a C2C SMEs continuing education program for owners, managers and professionals from SMEs with all documents (teaching and learning materials, etc.)

b) Three implementations of the program in Schwerin, Wroclaw and Budapest each with at least 15 participants, evaluation, revision and finalization of the SME training program

c) Transfer to 17 universities and 50 chambers as well as individual consultations on implementation

4. Official further training regulation and exam according to Statute on Crafts and concept for the international transfer of acquired skills in the Baltic Sea Region

a) Application in the context of the training implementation in practice in Germany

b) Approval by the relevant state ministry

c) Transfer to 17 universities and 50 chambers

5. C2C manual

a) Manual for the C2C application in SMEs with detailed instructions and guidance on all project results, training, evaluation results, examination regulations, etc.

b) Transfer to 17 universities and 50 chambers

c) Publication in a book with distribution through bookshops

6. Project workshops, international transfer conference and implementation discussions

a) Implementation of 4 project workshops with all project partners – two in Hamburg and one in Wroclaw and Budapest

b) An international conference with all partners and 67 transfer recipients; representatives of SMEs, policy and public administration; other educational institutions and multipliers

c) Implementation discussions by the project partners and 67 transfer recipients

7. Further dissemination and public relations work, including

a) Production and broadcast of two television programs of 45 minutes

b) Presentation of all results on the project website and all partners’ websites with public access

c) Numerous presentations of results at the Hanse Parlament events and in particularly at those of third parties and about that effective transfer of results to regions/countries outside the Baltic Sea Region (at least 12 presentations)

d) At least 3 press conferences and 4 press releases
